Kristin Otley

Biography

Kristin Otley became the Parks and Recreation Director in July 2015. Prior to that she served as the Recreation Coordinator for eighteen years. She has a BS degree in Park and Recreation Resources from Michigan State University and an MS in Park and Recreation Administration from Indiana University. She is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), and has served on the Executive Board of the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association and the Board of Trustees of the Indiana University Executive Development Program. Locally she serves on many commissions and committees, and is an alumnus of the Leadership Bowling Green program as well as a Past President of the Bowling Green Exchange Club. She and her husband Ben live in Bowling Green with their two daughters.
