[ARCHIVED] Bowling Green Police Division Investigates Hit-Skip Crash involving Parklet

On July 1st, 2021 The Bowling Green Police Division located the parklet located in the 100 block of E. Wooster had been struck by a vehicle and the vehicle had left the scene.  Officers investigated the crash and were able determine that the crash occurred at 4:48 am.  Officers began searching the surrounding area for the suspect vehicle.  Officers located the suspect vehicle and were able to speak with the driver. 

Timothy Koogan (65 years old from Bowling Green) was cited for Failure to Maintain Reasonable Control and Stopping after Accident on Public Roads or Highways.
