Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening Ceremony Planned for RallyCap Sports Inclusive Playground

A ribbon cutting, and grand opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday, November 29th at 4:00 PM to celebrate the RallyCap Sports Inclusive Playground at Carter Park.

The public and media are invited to come celebrate alongside sponsors, local officials, and the Wood County Plays team on November 29th.
