A. First Reading
Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, to file an application and execute an agreement upon grant application approval under the Wood County Solid Waste District Grant Program.
Ordinance authorizing the Municipal Administrator to sign a contract with the Bowling Green Employees Organization, and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance amending and adopting Section 96.02 and repealing 96.021 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, relative to sale to minors; prohibitions and misrepresentations.
Ordinance amending and adopting Section 35.30 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding rates for ambulance services.
Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to execute an agreement with Reiss Environmental, Inc., for engineering and construction oversight services for a 3MGD microfiltration/low pressure reverse osmosis addition to the Water Treatment Plant.
